# Classic Ingestion Setup

Classic Ingestion connects your internal content sources to the Moveworks AI Assistant so it can answer employee questions by surfacing relevant articles and documents from your existing systems.

## Prerequisites

1. A connector for your knowledge system must be created and healthy in Moveworks Setup. See [Connectors](/agent-studio/connectors) for instructions.
2. You must have admin access in Moveworks Setup.

## Content Types

Classic Ingestion supports two content types:
