# Internal Knowledge Ingestion

Internal Knowledge ingestion connects articles and pages from your knowledge management systems (ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, and others) to the Moveworks AI Assistant so it can surface them in search and answer experiences.

Each connector supports up to **100K documents**. For larger volumes or full permission mirroring, see [Max Capacity Setup](/ai-assistant/enterprise-search/configure-enterprise-search) or browse the full [Search Connectors](/ai-assistant/search-connectors) inventory.

## Prerequisites

1. A connector for your knowledge system must be created and healthy in Moveworks Setup. See [Connectors](/agent-studio/connectors) for instructions.
2. You must have admin access in Moveworks Setup.
