# Implement on ServiceNow

These guides take an administrator from a ServiceNow instance and a fresh Moveworks tenant to a working AI Assistant: connected, ingesting users, answering from your knowledge, surfacing your catalog forms, and filing tickets. Each guide is the minimum configuration path, with links into the deeper reference documentation where you want more.

Work through them in order; each builds on the one before it.

1. [Connect ServiceNow](/ai-assistant/getting-started/implement-on-servicenow/connect-servicenow): install the Moveworks update sets, prepare the integration account, create the connector, ingest users, configure the Bot Account, and set the Bot Access Rule.
2. [Configure Enterprise Search](/ai-assistant/getting-started/implement-on-servicenow/configure-enterprise-search): ingest knowledge base articles so the AI Assistant answers from your content, respecting ServiceNow permissions.
3. [Configure Forms](/ai-assistant/getting-started/implement-on-servicenow/configure-forms): ingest catalog items so users can find and fill forms in chat.
4. [Configure Ticketing](/ai-assistant/getting-started/implement-on-servicenow/configure-ticketing): enable filing, tracking, and resolving tickets, and complete the form submission path.
