The integration manifests itself in the Moveworks Bot, as a hand-off mechanism when the bot hits a backstop and can't help the user. A user can click a button in the bot and open a live agent chat with a real human IT agent. The Bomgar Click to chat configuration utilizes the [BeyondTrust Remote Support Session Generation API](https://www.beyondtrust.com/docs/remote-support/how-to/integrations/api/session-gen/index.htm). The Session Generation API requires no API token for bot integration, but Moveworks will need the unique id for issue submission in your Bomgar instance. ## Requirements **id:** a specific issue type id.
