Role Based Access Control
User Roles
Moveworks Control Center supports Role-based access control (RBAC) to manage access based on the roles of individual users within an enterprise. Each user of the Control Center can be assigned a role that consists of a set of permissions and restrictions. Before you assign individuals to a given role, Moveworks advises that you learn what capabilities each role consists of before assigning permissions.
Accessing RBAC Controls
In Control Center, click on Administration and then click on User Roles. At this point, search for the user you would like to provide access to and add the roles under Action.
