Permissions:

  • Service Account that needs “integration” permissions
    • This can be turned on by your SAP Fieldglass contact.

Credentials we need:

  • Service Account Username
  • Service Account Password
  • X-Application Key
    • This comes with a “integration” service account.

Reports

Note: Reports need to be enabled as an API and return back JSON
Both of these attributes can be flipped on under Advanced Options on the report

Timesheets Polling Report

Attributes to add to the report:

  • Time Sheet Internal ID
  • Approver
  • Approver’s Username
  • Approval Level
  • Approval Sequence
  • Response
  • Action Date
  • Edited On
  • Time Sheet Status
  • Time Sheet Submit Date

Users Report

Attributes to add to the report:

  • Name
  • Username
  • Email

Workers Report

Attributes to add to the report:

  • Username
  • Worker Internal ID

Cost Centers Breakdown Report

Attributes to add to the report:

  • Time Sheet Internal ID
  • Cost Object
  • Net Billable Hours
  • Cost Object Code
