How can I add additional admins to our Moveworks instances?
Moveworks now provides superadmins with the ability to add new superadmin users. First, you will want to manually add new users to the system. After they have been ingested into the system, you can then assign admin capabilities in Roles and Permissions.
In general, Moveworks provides one user who is the superadmin for an instance as part of the automated provisioning process. It is highly preferable to ingest users from an identity and access management system (IDAMs like Okta, or Active Directory) and then assign superadmin roles.
