Set up Classic Ingestion for articles and pages from your internal knowledge systems.
Internal Knowledge ingestion connects articles and pages from your knowledge management systems (ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, and others) to the Moveworks AI Assistant so it can surface them in search and answer experiences.
Each connector supports up to 100K documents. For larger volumes or full permission mirroring, see Max Capacity Setup or browse the full Search Connectors inventory.

Once ingestion runs, monitor what was imported and check coverage from Monitor Indexed Content.
